Atlanta, USA  August 1, 2010 -- EnerGaia has been selected by Jumpstart-up, Inc. to participate in their exclusive Impact Programme. The Impact Programme is a sophisticated framework for enterprise development that combines rigorous planning and execution with opportunities to access and effectively utilise necessary resources, including financial capital. EnerGaia was awarded a Jumpstart-up scholarship to help offset a portion of the program costs.  The scholarship is for the Conception module of the program and is valued at USD $17,000.

The Impact Programme garners the trust of investors and service professionals in the enterprise’s planning and execution capacity, as well as in its potential and realised social impact. It allows them to commit resources on terms that help the start-up while maintaining confidence in the entrepreneur and the security of those resources. This is thanks to the sensible preparation, effective implementation and clear accountability facilitated by the Programme.

The planning and execution capacity of the start-up is reviewed at three distinct levels.  At the strategic level, the Impact Programme helps to solidify the vision, mission and objectives of the endeavor.  At the operational level, the program assists in setting policies and procedures for the allocation of the enterprise’s resources to achieve their objectives. Finally, at the tactical level, the program assists in translating these directives into specific tasks to achieve distinct project goals.
